摘要
车身骨架作为倒三轮运动型汽车主要的承载部件,受多种载荷作用,其强度刚度直接影响整车寿命,因此对车身骨架结构强度刚度的分析研究是非常必要的。以ZK1100RR倒三轮运动型汽车为例,选取两种典型工况对车身骨架结构进行强度刚度分析,并对分析结果进行评价,提出改进设计方案。
Body frame is the main load-bearing components of the three wheel-inverted sport car.It endures many kinds of loads and its strength and stiffness influence the lifetime of the car.So it is very important for the strength and stiffness of the body frame.This paper takes ZK1100RR for example and analyses the strength and stiffness under two typical conditions.At the same time,an improvement is suggested based on the evaluative results.
