摘要
通过对高压绝缘拉杆在生产过程中环氧树脂浇注混合料的不同配方对制品的耐热性能、机械性能和电气性能的影响进行了分析,筛选出合适的环氧树脂浇注混合料的配方,从而优化制品的性能和生产。
We studied the different epoxy resin directions for the insulating rods made by epoxy and Kervlar fibre composite material used for the high voltage products,and analyzed the thermodynamics,strength and electric performance for the insulating rods which caused by the epoxy resin directions,then choused a best direction to improve the quality of the insulating rods.
