浅析沙角A电厂200MW机组轴承箱油档改造应用

Retrofit of Bearing Housing Oil Retainer of a 200MW Unit in Shajiao A Power Plant

针对200MW汽轮发电机组轴承箱油挡漏油,首先对从轴承箱油档处漏入轴封漏汽且致使轴承箱油质劣化的原因进行了分析,进而结合现场实际提出了油档改造方法,最后对改造进行分析评估。

Aimed at oil leakage from bearing housing oil retainer of a 200MW unit in Shajiao A power plant,reasons of steam leakage from gland sealing system to bearing housing oil retainer,which led to oil quality degradation,was analyzed in the first place of this paper.Then retrofit method for oil retainer was proposed based on practical conditions in site.At last,the result of the retrofit was evaluated.
