清洗设备加热方式的改进

摘要 为响应《国务院关于加强节能减排工作的决定》,节约能源,用电加热来改造蒸汽加热清洗设备。停用蒸汽后,经测算每年将直接产生经济效益38万元。电器控制实现智能化,配备有测温探头、温控仪表、漏电保护器等。单只加热管的功率为6kW。单个水箱安装六根加热管,接法为"△"或"Y"形。水箱外壁加装岩棉保温层,以提高热效率。 In answer to <<State Department Decision on strengthening the work to economize energy resources and reduce stuice>>and for economizing energy,the steam heating cleaning-equipment is changed by electricity heating.After stopped to use steam,the three hundred and eight thousand yuan economy benefit will be brought immediately by calculating.Electricity control carries out intelligent by equipped thermoscope head,temperature control instrument,and creep age protector and so on.A heating tube power is 6 kW.The six heating tubes are fixed in a water tank.Its shape is Δ or Y.A kind of rock-cotton temperature preservation layer is fixed on the water tank so as to improve heating efficiency.
