为响应《国务院关于加强节能减排工作的决定》,节约能源,用电加热来改造蒸汽加热清洗设备。停用蒸汽后,经测算每年将直接产生经济效益38万元。电器控制实现智能化,配备有测温探头、温控仪表、漏电保护器等。单只加热管的功率为6kW。单个水箱安装六根加热管,接法为"△"或"Y"形。水箱外壁加装岩棉保温层,以提高热效率。
