摘要
采用特殊树脂HRB 6作粘合剂 ,用专用设备对 5 0B云母纸上胶 ,经一定温度烘焙压制而成的H系列新型耐高温绝缘材料 ,经矿热炉和电弧炉实际使用证明 ,该产品工作温度达 70 0℃ ,工频介电强度大于 2 0kV/mm。
Through using special resin HRB 6 as a binder,50B Mica paper to be coated colloid with special equipment , the new type of H series high temperature resistance insulating material is made by drying and pressing . The utilization practice in ore smelting electric arc furnace and electric furnace shows that the product's applied temperature is up to 700℃ and power frequency dielectric intensity is in excess of 20 kV/mm.
