摘要
运用六西格玛方法对天平测量系统、测量流程的稳定性和过程能力进行分析,同时通过对失效模式与效果分析方法的改善、双样本的T检验以及DOE实验与优化,简化了煤的工业分析方法,降低了工业分析的超差率。
The 6-sigma method was used to analyze the balance measurement system, the measurement procedure stability and the processing ability in the paper. Through the measures of the improvement of the failure mode and the effectiveness analysis, double-sample's t-test, DOE experiment and optimization, the coal proximate analysis method was simplified and the overproof ratewas decreased.
