摘要
对钨—镍—铁—钼系合金对焊切削头的生产工艺及其机械物理性能进行了研究,探索了渗碳热处理的工艺规程,所试制的对焊切削头在铜杆生产线上使用后效果明显。
The process of WNiFeMo alloy system used on the buttwelding tool and mechanism of the alloy was investigated. The carburize heat treatment of the alloy was tested. The butt welding tools made by the alloy was well used on the production line of copper bar.
