摘要
近三十年以来,控制轧制和控制冷却技术在国外得到了迅速的发展,国外大多数宽厚板厂均采用控制轧制和控制冷却工艺,生产具有高强度、高韧性、良好焊接性的优质钢板。概要介绍了控制轧制和控制冷却技术的发展历史及冶金学原理,着重论述了国外宽厚板厂控制轧制和控制冷却技术的进展及现状。
In recent thirty years,controlled rolling (or TM) and controlled cooling (or ACC) technologies abroad have been rapidly developed.Most of plate mills use CR and ACC processes to produce high quality products with high strength, toughness and good weldability.This paper outlines the development history and metallurgical principle of CR and ACC technologies,and details the progress and current situation of CR and ACC technologies of a modern wide heavy plate mill abroad.The requirements of CR and ACC processes on the plate mill’s equipment and the necessity to build a first 5m class modern wide heavy plate mill in China are put forward.
