摘要
介绍了用新西兰精矿代替澳矿和攀精矿进行烧结的试验室对比试验结果。在攀钢生产条件下,用6%的新西兰精矿代替攀精矿烧结能取得较理想的生产效果,成品率和转鼓强度略有下降,而垂直烧结速度上升0.22mm/min,利用系数相当,在限制TiO2含量和V2O5含量后,烧结矿品位提高。而代替澳矿后各项烧结指标均恶化。
Sintering experiments of proportioning of
New Zealand iron ore concentrates in Panzhihua I&S Co. were conducted in laboratory. The
results show,under the operating conditions of Panzhihua I&S Co., the satisfactory sintering index
were obtained with 6% New Zealand iron ore concentrates to replace Panzhihua concentrates,
whereas with it to replace Australian ore fines,all of the sintering indexes become worse.
