摘要
针对板带产品板形与板厚的控制,从动力学观点对下列问题进行了研究:1)与板形、板厚直接相关的轧机机座垂直振动的力学模型;2)影响板形、板厚的模态指标;3)以板形、板厚波动为最小的动态优化数学模型。最后,对4200mm厚板轧机进行了分析和优化。
To the thickness and profile of plate control,the following question are analyzed in this essay:1) Dynamic model on vertical vibration of the rolling mill housing concerned with thickness and profile of plate.2) Mode targets affecting the thickness and profile of plate.3) Optimal mathematical model of dynamics on minimizing the undulation of the thickness and profile.At last do analysis and optimal design with an example of the 4200mm thick plate rolling mill.
