摘要
阐述了铅酸蓄电池快速充电原理,针对充电过程中出现的种种问题,采用了分级定电流的脉冲快速充电方案,提出了可控的双向buck/boost硬件充电电路和控制软件的设计方案,该充电方案对提高蓄电池的充电速度,减少充电损耗,延长蓄电池的使用寿命具有重要意义。
A fast charging principle of lead-acid battery is presented. In accordance to various problems that occur during the charging process, the fast charging method of the graded fixed current is adopted. A design method implemented with a bi-directional Buck/Boost converter hardware circuit and a control software is proposed. This method can improve the charging speed and reduce energy loss during charging. Therefore it is very significant for the battery life extension.
