本文介绍柔性检具专利技术的几种不同实施方式及其存在线测量方面的应用。柔性检具有不同的实施形式，色括基于可调工装和接触式或非接触式传感器的自动柔性检具，或基于多关节式三维测量机构和接触或非接触式传感器的手动柔性检具、自动柔性检具主要用于生产线的快速批量测量，手动柔性检具则用于在机械或抽样测量。

A patented SoftGager technology and its applications in inline measurement are introduced in this paper. There are a few different SoftGager systems including automatic SoftGager-A based on flexible holding fixture with contact or non-contact dimensional measuring sensors, and manual SoftGager-M based on articulated measurement device with contact or non-contact dimensional measuring sensors. SoftGager-A is used for inline fast dimentional checking while SoftGager-M is used for sampling measurement when the part is onmachine or offline.
