超声造影剂Sonazoid在健康兔肝实质与肾皮质中显像过程定量分析 被引量:1

Vascular and Kupffer imaging of rabbit liver parenchyma and renal cortex using the contrast agent Sonazoid

摘要 目的通过定量分析的方法探讨超声造影剂Sonazoid在肝实质与肾皮质中显像过程的异同。方法对8只健康兔的肝肾切面进行超声造影检查,时间均为20min。采用ImageJ软件对肝实质、肾皮质、下腔静脉进行时间-强度曲线定量分析。结果肾皮质的达峰时间最早为(3.38±0.52)s,峰值强度最强为209.63±21.92。肝实质达峰时间最晚为(10.63±1.85)s,峰值强度为176.13±14.17,但达到峰值后曲线类似于平台期,到注射造影剂后20min为止,峰值强度始终波动于156~185,与肾皮质及下腔静脉的下降支有明显的不同(P<0.05)。结论 Sonazoid在肝实质显影中具有的独特的枯否相显像过程,值得进一步研究。 Objective Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) with Sonazoid was used in 8 healthy rabbits in order to investigate vascular phase and Kupffer phase of imaging for liver parenchyma as compared with those of renal cortex. Methods The new ultrasound contrast agent of Sonazoid was injected in 8 healthy rabbits with bolus, and the time instensity curve in liver parenchyma, renal cortex and inferior vena cave(IVC) were evaluated. Results In liver parenchyma, sustained enhancement (mean gray-scale intensity is from 156 to 185) was observed after injection with the peak (mean gray-scale intensity: 176.13±14.17) at 10.63±1.85 sec, whereas in renal cortex and IVC, the time course enhancement gradually decreased to base-line after the peak enhancement at 3.38±0.52 sec and 7.50±1.20 sec, respectively. Conclusions The unique imaging in the Kupffer phase by Sonazoid in the liver parenchyma could be further explored.
