摘要
研究了在碱性介质中,空气氧化Mn(Ⅱ)为Mn(Ⅳ),然后Mn(Ⅳ)在磷酸介质中与试剂二安替比林间溴苯基甲烷(DAmBM)反应生成橙色产物。λmax=480nm,ε=263×104L·mol-1cm-1。锰量在0~30μg/25ml内符合比尔定律。该方法用于铝合金中锰的测定,获得满意结果。
In alkaline medium manganese(Ⅱ) is oxidized with aeration into manganese(Ⅳ). In acidic medium of phosphoric acid Mn(Ⅳ) reacts with diantipyryl-(m-bromo)-phenylmethane(DAmBM) to form a product in orange color. Its molar absorbtivity is 2 63×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 480 nm. It is in accordance with Beer's law when manganese concentration ranges from 0 to 30 μg/25 ml. This method can be applied to determine Mn in aluminum alloy.
