摘要
目的研究细胞凋亡调控因子Fas、FasL和Fas相关死亡结构域蛋白(Fas-associated death domain protein,FADD)基因在喉癌中的表达及其意义。方法免疫组化法检测喉癌及癌旁组织中Fas、FasL和FADD表达。结果喉癌组织中Fas、FADD阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织,FasL阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);高分化鳞状细胞癌(简称鳞癌)Fas阳性表达率显著高于中低分化鳞癌(P<0.05),高分化鳞癌FasL阳性表达率显著低于中低分化鳞癌(P<0.05);FADD阳性表达率与肿瘤有无淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。Fas与FADD蛋白表达之间呈显著正相关(r=0.43,P<0.05)。结论检测喉癌组织中Fas、FasL、FADD表达对评价喉癌的恶性程度、预后及治疗有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression and significance of Fas, FasL and FADD in laryngeal carcinoma. METHODS Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of Fas, FasL and FADD in laryngeal carcinoma specimen and adjacent normal tissues. RESULTS The positive rates of Fas and FADD in laryngeal carcinoma tissue were significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissue, while FasL in laryngeal carcinoma tissue was higher than that in adjacent normal tissue(P〈0.05). The Fas-positive rate of the high differentiation group was higher than that of the moderate and low differentiation group,while the FasL-positive rate displayed reverse results(P〈0.05). However, FADD was positively related to the tumor metastasis(P〈0.05).There was significant correlation between Fas and FADD(r=0.43, P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The detection of the expression of Fas, FasL and FADD is of great significance for evaluating the malignant degree, prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma and making decision of the treatment.
