阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的心理状况分析

Psychological status of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(symptom checklist-90,SCL-90)测定54例OSAHS患者,进行t检验和回归分析。结果 OSAHS患者SCL-90躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、焦虑、敌意和精神病性的因子评分较国内常模明显增高(P<0.05),OSAHS患者的呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)能够显著正向预测躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、精神病性和SCL-90整体状况。结论 OSAHS患者存在显著的心理健康卫生问题,应给予足够的重视和积极有效的心理干预。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the psychological status of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）. METHODSFifty-four patients were assessed with SCL-90. Statistical analysis was performed with T-test and regression analysis. RESULTS The scores of somatization, constraint, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and psychoticism of SCL-90 in OSAHS were higher than that in normal average subscores in China. Furthermore,there was obvious correlation between apnea and hypopnea index（AHI）and the symptoms of SCL-90. CONCLUSION Patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome have obvious mental problems and should be paid more attention to effective intervention on mental rehabilitation.
