摘要 鼻息肉的发病机制至今尚不清楚,近年研究结果表明,鼻息肉是鼻黏膜的慢性、持续性嗜酸细胞（eosinophil,Eos）性炎症。Bachert等曾指出揭示局部大量Eos浸润机制是了解鼻息肉本质的首要问题。国内、外一些研究,包括我们以前的报道证明鼻息肉组织中Eos大量聚集,
