摘要
实验得到的冶金过程熔渣的一维本构方程和发泡性能方程都是幂律型的.本文对温度和添加物引起熔渣流变特性变化的原因进行了分析.对比熔渣的流变特性和发泡高度曲线,发现除加入较大颗粒的焦炭外,两者的变化趋势非常一致.对Fruehan泡沫化指数不适合非牛顿流体熔渣的原因进行了解释。
It was found experimentally that both the one dimensional constitutive equation and the foam behavior equation of molten metallurgical slags are all of the power-law form. In this paper, the effect of temperature and adding coal, coke or CaO on the rheological characteristics of slags was discussed. The variation trend of curves of the rheological characteristic is as the same as that of the foam behavior, except for that cast of adding lump coke particles. Invalidity of Fruehan's foam index to those non-newtonian slags is explored.
