Review and Reflection of Economic and Trade Relations between Ningxia and the Gulf in 21^(st) Century

近年来,宁夏与海湾国家双方的合作范围越来越广,贸易呈大幅增长趋势,贸易商品呈多样化发展。然而,双方经贸关系中仍存在着一些突出问题,如对海湾国家的市场开辟力度和广度不够,双边贸易的深度不够,宁夏在发展对这些国家的经贸关系中没有充分发挥出自身的地缘优势,在引资方面也存在较大的不足。未来深化双方经贸关系应集中于以伊斯兰金融合作为辐射源的"引进来"战略,以清真食品出口为依托的食品、果蔬以及穆斯林用品出口的"走出去"战略,输出劳务,换取外汇的"带回来"创收战略和进一步开辟海湾的医药卫生市场,实现与海湾新兴产业和市场的对接战略。

The present data witnessed that more extensive co-operation between Ningxia and the Gulf countries, there are great growth and diversification in trade between the two regions .But there are still some outstanding problems, such as the Gulf＇s markets have not be occupied fully, bilateral trade has not be deepened, and geographical advantage and comparative advantage of Ningxia have not played.In addition, there is greater problem in attracting foreign funds for Ningxia.In the future, Ningxia should take ＂import＂ strategy rounding with Islamic financial , ＂go-out＂ strategy depending on the export of food, fruit and Muslim＇s articles , ＂bring＂ strategy of exporting labor and earning exchange, in addition, docking strategy in medicine and other new industry＇ s co-operation.
