摘要
对用电弧炉—ＬＦ钢包炉—水平连铸机生产３７Ｍｎ５油井管钢进行了试验，研究了满足水平连铸生产要求的高纯度钢水的冶炼及精炼工艺，以及水平连铸钢管坯料的合理工艺参数，并提出了３７Ｍｎ５油井管钢的内控成分范围及该钢管的实际生产工艺。
Mn5 oil well steel tubes produced by EAF-LF-HCC are carried on production tese ,the melting of highly pure steel fluid to satisfy the HCC production requirement, refining technology and the suitable technology of HCC are studied. The range of company's composition for 37Mn5 as well as the pratcial techno logy process of production are proposed.
