摘要
对影响混凝土切割锯片性能的主要因素——胎体配方、金刚石的选用及生产工艺进行了研究，结果表明，胎体用钴基配方，热压烧结采用两段升温、保温的方法及进行压力跟踪，可生产出使用寿命长、生产成本低的混凝土锯片。
The formulation of matrix, diamond and technology process of production of saw web were investigated. The results show that the cheap and long lived saw web of cutting concrete can be produced by formulation of Co matrix, and by two stages of heightening and keeping temperature in hot press sinter.
