摘要
衡阳钢管（集团）有限公司２＃水平连铸机Ⅱ流驱动系统由原先的液压伺服系统改造为变频调速双水冷异步电机驱动系统，介绍了新系统的构成及工作原理，并对改造措施及取得的效果都进行了阐述。
The hydraulic servo system of 2nd line of the No. 2 horizontal continuous caster was modified into the drive system of the asynchronous motor. The rotation rate of the motor was adjusted by frequency converting. The rotor and stator of the motor were cooled by water. The making up of the new system and the principle of operation were introduced. And the effect of this modification was described.
