摘要
对Q215、Q235钢湘钢连铸坯与外购连铸坯的碳、硅、锰含量作了分析统计,对两种铸坯所轧盘条的力学性能作了比较,结果表明,湘钢连铸坯所轧盘条深加工性能不理想,是由于碳、硅、锰含量偏高所致。调整冶炼工艺,降低碳、硅、锰含量后,盘条深加工性能大为好转。
C, Si and Mn content of various continuous cast Q215 and Q235 steel billets were analyzed. The mechanical property of various coils rolled with various continuous cast billets were compared. The rseults showed that the deep-draw property of the rolled with the continuous cast billets produced by Xangtan Iron and Steel Group Limited Company was worse. C, Si and Mn content in the coils were more. The used steelmaking process has been improved, C, Si and Mn content have been depressed. The deep-draw properey of the coils has been improved.
