宿主蛋白对丙型肝炎病毒复制的影响

摘要 慢性丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染是严重危害人类健康的疾病之一.了解HCV复制过程能有助于对HCV致病机制的研究.许多研究表明,HCV复制不仅需要自身编码蛋白,而且还依赖宿主蛋白的参与.此文就几种宿主蛋白对HCV复制的影响进行综述. Chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is seriously detrimental to human health.The understanding of HCV replication process can conduce to the study of HCV pathogenic mechanism.Many studies have shown that HCV replication requires not only self-encoded proteins but also the involvement of host proteins.This review summarizes the impact of several host proteins on HCV replication.
