摘要
本文主要是介绍现代信息化的管理(即Chief MES)在注塑生产中的实际应用,它能提高企业对生产全过程的监督和控制能力,提高企业生产效率,最大限度地帮助企业有效利用现有生产资源,对企业做到精细化管理,增加注塑企业的竞争力。
The paper mainly introduce the Chief MES application in inject prodcution, it could improve the ability of supervise and control in the process of production and inrease the production efficiency.Help the enterprise use the resouces properly and fine management increase competitive.
