摘要
PGD2/CRTH2在变态反应性疾病过程中发挥重要的作用,研究表明CRTH2在过敏性炎症的发生和发展过程中,其所传导的信号可以介导Th2细胞、嗜酸粒细胞和嗜碱粒细胞等炎症细胞的趋化和炎症介质的释放.目前有关CRTH2的基础性研究国内报道的较少,本文就CRTH2受体与变态反应中炎症细胞关系的研究进展作一综述,通过对其深入研究,为变态反应性疾病的防治提供新的靶点.
The prostagland in D2/chemoattractant receptor-homologous molecule expressed on Th2 cells (PGD2/CRTH2) signal pathway plays an importance role in allergic diseases, various studies show that the CRTH2 signal can stimulates cytokine production and migration in Th2 cells, eosinophils and basophils. In the review, we discuss the relation between CRTH2 and allergic cells, we hope that a new target can be found for the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases.
