目的:运用科学规范的服务模式有助于提高工伤群体的医疗管理质量与医疗质量,进而提高该群体的生活质量。方法:通过2种以上模式的对比,在要素、结构、特点等方面进行比较分析。结果:购买式康复医疗模式与其他服务运行模式存在这要素、结构、特点、差异方面的区别。结论:购买式康复医疗服务模式可根据购买方的要求,在医疗技术指标、经济指标方面提供差别服务,对服务质量、医疗质量和经济指标可控,有助于工伤群体医疗管理质量的提高,有助于社会保障部门资金的可控投放、监管,使该群体生活质量得到改善。

Objective：Using scientific and normative rehabilitation medicine service mode,we can increase the medical management level and quality for injury people,thereby increase their life quality as well.Methods：Comparing between the two service modes in terms of elements,structure,characteristic etc.Results：There exist differences on elements,structure,characteristic etc.between purchasing rehabilitation service and traditional service.Conclusion：Purchasing rehabilitation service can control service quality,medical quality and economic indicators.It can help to increase medical management level and to control supervise the social security department to use money.Purchasing rehabilitation service aims using integrative solution to improve patients＇ life quality.
