摘要
金属材料工件因淬火裂纹造成产品或原材料报废的实例很多。从淬火裂纹的特征、起因、影响因素入手，对金属材料热处理工件淬火裂纹问题进行了探讨，并提出防止裂纹产生的措施。
There are many scrapped products or raw materials caused by the quench cracks of metal workpieces. This paper makes an inquiry into the problem, proceeding form the characteristics, cause and effect of the quench cracks, and proposes som measures to prevent cracks.
