摘要
设计了一种用于AA50A螺栓型晶闸管制造过程中的新型光刻版图。通过分析计算得到各有关结构参数及特性参数。经比较证明，本设计结构新颖，操作方便，对提高材料利用率及产品成品率，对降低工人劳动强度和提高工作效率，具有重大意义。
A new photoetching figure which is used in the production of KP50A bolttype Thyrlstor is designed. The structural and characteristic parameters are obtained by analysis and calculation. It is proved by comparison that the design has a new structure which is convenient for operating and it is of great significance for increasing material's utilization rate and ratio of final products. It can also inpvove the working efficiency by lowering worker's labour.
