94例发锌发钙值偏低患儿的临床主症分析与疗效观察

Main Clinical Symptom Analysis and Curative Effect Observation of 94 Children Patients with Low Hair Zn and Ca Value

分析了94例患儿头发微量元素含量。结果证明：患儿厌食、偏食、反复上呼吸道感染、多汗与体内微量元素与必需元素异常关系密切，特别是锌、钙缺乏更为明显。根据祖国医学“脾和则口能知五味”、”肺主气属卫”的理论，采用针刺以疏通经络，调整脾胃功能，内服锌、钙制剂及运脾通便、补益肺气等中药治疗，治疗时间短，疗效提高，临床有效率达90％以上。

The trace elements in hair of 94 children patients were analysed. The result shows that theberedom for food, the partialty for a particular kind of food, the upper respiratory tract infection and toomuch sweat of the children patients have a close relation to the abnormality of trace elements and lack ofnecessary elements in their hodies, especially the deficiency of Zn and Ca. According to Chinese medicaltheory, the treatment, for example, using acupuncture to circulate the main and collateral channels andto adjust the spleen and stomach function, taking Zn, Ca preparation for the exercice of the spleen andlaxation of the excrement and for the enrichment of the lung, have the advantages of shorter treatment andbetter curative effect. More than 9O% cases have good clinical curative effect.
