摘要
采用Al2O3柱层析法纯化TBA,回收率可达64％以上;采用稀HAc洗脱,纯化后的TBA回收率可达80％以上.通过TBA-荧光法测定,纯化后的TBA可达进口TBA纯度.
The condeases between the standard 1, 1, 3, 3 - tetraethoxypropane and TBA was used as the base compound, the content of lipoid peroxide was determined by the TBA - fluorescent method. Because the commercial TBA (CP) contains slight impurities which make it into slight red, it couldn' t meet the demand for analysis. It was purified with aluminium oxide column and the light yellow powder was obtraind, the recovery could be over 64%. When the column was washed with the dilute acetic acid, the recovery of the TBA purified could be obtained up to more than 80%.
