联合低分子右旋糖酐和尿激酶抗血小板聚集的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨低分子右旋糖酐与尿激酶在抗血小板聚集上的协同作用。方法将低分子右旋糖酐+尿激酶的无菌注射液,经静脉注入脑缺血模型大鼠体内,并用生理盐水和尿激酶作为对照组,分别于6h后采血制备PRP与PPP,以ADP为诱导剂,用比浊法测定血小板聚集率。结果低分子右旋糖酐+尿激酶和单用尿激酶均能降低血小板聚集率,延长血小板最大聚集率发生时间(P<0.01);但低分子右旋糖酐+尿激酶组的抗血小板聚集作用明显强于尿激酶组(P<0.01)。结论低分子右旋糖酐与尿激酶联合应用在抗血小板聚集和抗血栓形成上具有一定的协同作用。 Objective To discuss cooperation of low molecular dextran and Urokinase on antiplatelet agglutination. Methods To inject asepsis injection liquid of low molecular dextran and Urokinase into ischemic cerebral infarction rat’s body from vein by grouping,and to take physiology salt solution and Urokinase for contrasts,to pick blood respectively and prepare PRP and PPP,to determine quotiety of antiplatelet agglutination with nephelometery by revulsant ADP. Results Liquid of low molecular dextran and Urokinase and single Urokinase can reduce the quotiety of platelet conglomeration,and prolong time of maximum quotiety of platelet conglomeration occurred ( P 0. 01) ,But the inhibitory action on antiplatelet agglutination of the injection liquid of low molecular dextran and Urokinase is strong than group of Urokinase obviously( P 0. 01) . Conclusion low molecular dextran and Urokinase have definite cooperate action. on antiplatelet agglutination and contradict thrombosis.
