摘要
目的观察豆袋热敷在初产妇第一产程中的减痛效果。方法将研究对象分为A、B两组,A组(n=100),观察组,将豆袋加热,临产后由助产士指导产妇采取不同体位时将豆袋放于相应部位热敷减痛,B组(n=100),对照组,临产后采用常规体位,等待自然分娩。分别对最终分娩方式、分娩时疼痛程度进行观察和比较。结果 A组自然分娩率高于B组(P<0.01),A组产时疼痛耐受程度高于B组(P<0.005),差异均有统计学意义。结论豆袋热敷减痛效果显著,能有效降低剖宫产率。
Objective To observe the effect of the Bean bag hot compress during the first stage of labor. Methods All subjects were randomly divided into two groups. Group A （ n = 100） ,observation group . After parturition the midwife instrueted patient to assume different comfortable positions. Then compress the corresponding spot with the hot bean bag to reduce the pain. Group B （ n = 100） ,control group. Use the general maternal position during the delivery. Then obsewed and compared the way of childbirth and the ache degree carries on the childbirth separately. Results The vaginal delivery rate of group A was higher than group B（ P 0. 01） . And the ache tolerance degree of the group A is higher than group B,too（ P 0. 005） . Conclusion The effect of compress with the hot bean bag can reduce the pain significantly. It also can reduce the rate of delivery by cesarean section.
