给出了β类蛋白基本单元满足的条件及基本单元形式，还给出了两个基本单元的组装模式和筒状β类蛋白的构建模式，明确了区别不同筒状蛋白的标准，对β类蛋白的分类进行了补充，同时给出了区分β筒和β片拓扑结构的简明预测规则，预测成功率在８５％以上．

The basic units and their 3 dimensional architecture of β class proteins are analysed. It is found that there are only five kinds of basic units and several modes between their connection. The prediction rule and topological structure of β class proteins from its secondary structure sequence is given. The score of the prediction is higher than 85%.
