摘要
在热滞蛋白与冰晶表面吸附的动力学过程的基础上,进一步考虑热滞蛋白界面吸附的协同性效应,得到热滞蛋白浓度与其热滞活性的理论关系,并计算了有效协同系数的值;同时,由吸附速率常数对温度的变化获得了热滞蛋白激活能,理论结果与实验较好符合.
Based on the kinetic process of the interfacial adsorption of thermal hysteresis proteins,the cooperative interactions of the interfacial adsorption reaction of thermal hysteresis proteins have been taken into further consideration.We deduced the relationship between the concentration of the thermal hysteresis proteins and their activity,and calculated the effective cooperative coefficient.At the same time,we got the activiation energies by the relation between the interfacial adsorption const and the temperature.Theoretical results are consistent with experimental data.
