目的通过早期干预提高骨筋膜室综合征患者的临床护理效果,有效降低病残率的发生。方法收集分析患者的症状、体征及各项指标,根据各种结果做出正确判断和处理。结果 42例患者均获良好疗效,肢体功能恢复正常,无病残发生。结论早发现、早治疗、全面综合的术前术后护理和适时的功能锻炼是降低病残率的关键。

Objective Early intervention to improve bone compartment syndrome in the clinical care of patients with effects reduce the incidence of morbidity. Methods Analysis of the symptoms,signs and indicators,according to a variety of results to make the right judgments and processing. Results 42 patients were good effect,limb function was normal and no sick place. Conclusion Early detection and treatment,comprehensive and integrated preoperative and postoperative care and timely functional exercise is the key to reducing morbidity.
