目的防范护理差错事故的发生。方法根据人性假设理论,将护理人员归纳为4种假设人:"经济人"、"社会人"、"自我实现人"和"复杂人"。根据不同的人性实施不同的防范护理差错事故和优化人性的措施。结果经过近三年的实践,护理差错事故从0.5%降为0。结论正确认识和充分把握人性,弄清人性本质和劳动态度及责任心的关系,预见性地采取防范措施和优化护士的人性构成,是从根本上防止护理差错事故发生的良方。

Objective To prevent the occurrence of nursing errors.Methods According to the human nature assumption theory,nurses to be divided into four kinds of assumptions people： ＂ economic Man＂ ,＂ social man＂ ,＂ self-realization man＂ and ＂ complicated man. ＂ According to human natures to ues different measures of optimizing human nature and avoiding nursing errors. Conclusion Correctly understand and fully grasp human nature,understand the relationship between human nature and working attitude of responsibility,to take precautionary measures and optimizes nurse human form,is a nice prescription to prevent nursing errors accident.
