14.5mm机枪弹链装弹-脱弹过程数值仿真及实验验证 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究14.5mm机枪弹链在装弹和脱弹过程中应力以及弹塑性变形规律,建立了弹链前后抱弹部以及枪弹的非线性有限元模型,弹链应用弹塑性材料模型,枪弹采用刚性材料模型,在二者之间施加面面非线性接触,在LS-DYNA环境下进行了显式有限元仿真并进行了实验验证。仿真结果表明,14.5mm机枪弹链前后开口部单侧产生了0.5~1mm的塑性变形,该结果和模拟实弹射击的实验测量结果0.56mm一致。弹链装弹脱弹过程的研究对弹链的力学性能预测以及弹链使用次数的估计具有重要的作用。 In order to investigate the belt's stress and deform law during the load-unload process for 14.5 mm machine gun,the finite element model of front-rear section and bullet is built,where the belt adopts the elastic-plastic material model while the bullet adopts the rigid model and the surface-surface nonlinear contact has been applied to the model,thus the explicit finite element simulation is performed under the environment of LS-DYNA.What's more,the experiment and test are performed.The results indicate:14.5 mm machine gun's belt the front-rear section has 0.5~1 mm unilateral plastic deformation and the results are consistent with the simulative measurement data of 0.56 mm.The research of belt's load-unload process is of importance to belt's mechanics performance predication and belt's using frequency estimation.
