摘要
为了解施工阶段空心薄壁高墩水化热温度场的变化规律,有效控制混凝土结构早期温度裂缝,文章对拉会大桥主桥薄壁空心高墩混凝土施工过程的温度场进行了测试,得到了混凝土浇筑后薄壁墩内部各测点的温度变化规律。并对试验墩进行了有限元分析,分析结果与试验结果基本一致,表明有限元分析法可用于混凝土水化热温度场的工程计算。
This paper tested the temperature field of the 12# high pier of Lahui Bridge,to study the temperature field changing regulation of hydration heat and prevent concrete cracks caused by great temperature difference in the construction of hollow-thin pier,According to the observation results;the peak temperature on the thin pier was more than 70℃.The finite element analysis on the pier was also carried out and the results are basically consistent with the experimental results.
