Synthesis and biological activity of N (pyrimidin 2 ly)phenoxyacetylureas

从氯乙酰胺出发，经三步反应合成了１０种含不同取代嘧啶环的苯氧乙酰脲类新化合物，用ＩＲ，１ＨＮＭＲ，元素分析等对它们的结构进行了确证．初步的生物活性测定结果表明。

A series of N (substitutedpyrimidin 2 ly)phenoxyacetylureas are synthesized from α chloroacetylamine in 3 steps:using oxalylchloride to produce α chloroacetylisocyanate,addition with substituted 2 aminopyrimidine,etherify by sodium p nitrophenylate.All of them are new compounds.Their structures have been confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and elementary analysis.The preliminary biological tests show that some target compounds have good herbicidal activity.
