摘要
不同光质和温度对丹参叶片启动率、愈伤组织和芽形成率均有不同的效应.以绿光诱导芽形成频率最高,达96%.30℃条件下芽的诱导频率提高,可达99%.一般,从丹参叶片接种到植株再生只需30~40d;每块0.5cm2的叶片可产生20~40个芽.试管苗移栽后的存活率为90%~95%.
There was different effect with various wavelengths of light and temperature on initiation, callus and bud formation frequency of blade in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge . Under green light, the frequency of buds induction was the highest, up to 96%. The frequency of buds induction was increased in 30℃, being 99%. In general, it only needed 30~40 d from blade inoculation to plant regeneration. A 0.5 cm 2 blade could produce 20~40 buds. Survival rate of plantlets was up to 90%~95% after they had been transplanted into pots.
