Computer Vision Technology for Intelligent Automation of Food Processing

摘要 近年来,面向食品加工过程的计算机视觉技术以其检测速度快、非接触、高精度等优势成为食品加工领域向自动化和智能化方向发展的重要因素和技术关键,且在理论研究和工程应用方面都取得了长足的发展。本文介绍了面向食品加工过程的计算机视觉技术在过程监控、质量检测、食品安全等工程领域的应用情况;阐释了计算机视觉技术与智能优化控制、网络化多机器人系统协作技术在食品加工过程智能化发展进程中的重要作用;最后展望了面向食品加工过程的计算机视觉技术的发展。 Computer vision technology plays an important role and becomes one of key technologies in the intelligent automation of food processing because of its outstanding advantages, such as its high speed of detection, contactless nature, and high precision. In recent years, both theoretical methods and practical technologies in the field of computer vision have been developed rapidly. In this paper, the research achievements and successful applications of computer vision technologies in food industry are reviewed, including some key topics, such as process monitoring, quality supervision and food safety. Moreover, the authors elucidate the significance of computer vision technologies in the intelligent optimizing controls and the cooperation and coordination of networked multi-robot food processing systems for the intelligent automation of food industry. Finally, the prospect and development trends of computer vision technologies for food processing are discussed.
