胶韧革菌发酵产物化学成分的研究

Study on the Chemical Composition of the Fermentation Product of Gloeostereum incarnatum S. Ito et Imal

对胶韧革菌（ＧｌｏｅｏｓｔｅｒｅｕｍｉｎｃａｒｎａｔｕｍＳ．ＩｔｏｅｔＩｍａｌ）发酵产物的化学成分进行了分析测试，结果发现：发酵产物中含有多糖、蛋白质、１８种氨基酸、维生素、无机盐及微量元素等多种成分．

In this paper, the chemical composition of the fermentation product of Gloeostereum incarnatum S. Ito et Imal was analysed. The main components are polysaccharide, protein, 18 kinds of amino acids, various vitamins, inorganic salts and trace elements.
