摘要
通过对数控软件的标准化、规范化研究,运用面向对象机制,对数控软件功能与数据进行抽象并进行封装,设计成具有稳定、通用接口的可重用的软件芯片,建立一个类似硬件芯片的高可靠性数控系统软件芯片库.设计了软件芯片库管理器;实现芯片库的浏览、检索及维护,以及图形化应用程序集成工具;完成应用程序的功能配置与代码生成;
A project with decreased development cost
and improved extendibility and generality of CNC softwre is introduced. On the basis of object
oriented function and data analogizing and abstracting and standardizing of CNC software, CNC
software is modularized according to its function and is designed as standardized,
generalizing, and reusable self containing software lces. The software lces compose a
software IC library. We also give a layered objected oriented description methodology of
modularized CNC software. Library management tools are developed to explore, query and
maintenance the library. CASE tools are provided to make CNC software development from
reusable software IC automatic or semi automatic.
