摘要
将晶粒模型用于描述炉内石灰与二氧化硫的反应,并在晶粒模型上量化地模拟了反应产物层堆积使反应气体扩散受阻和晶粒体积增加的情况,利用经验性公式考虑了由于石灰烧结对反应的影响,编制出相应程序。
To simulate the kinetics of the reaction
between calcium oxide and sulfur oxide in furnace condition, the sulfation of CaO is described
by the used of an empirical modification of the grain model. The influence of product layer
diffusion and grain swelling are quantified. The time dependent decrease in CaO reactivity due
to sintering is simulated through increasing the grain radius. A simpler solution scheme for the
nonlinear differential equation is used according to the assumption of pseudo steady state. The
model predictions show good agreement with published differential reactor data.
