摘要
几组螺旋藻富金属元素的模拟试验证明,藻类对数期pH值由低向高递增(一般pH上升3~4个单位),Eh总是下降(一般100mV~200mV),藻对各种元素一般都有最适生长浓度,Cu2+为0.06×10-6~0.97×10-6,Mn2+为1.46×10-6~8.26×10-6,它们的富集系数因初始浓度差别而有不同,如Cu2+,初始浓度0.10×10-6时则富集系数为96.8,0.65×10-6时则为49.2,当在1.91×10-6时则为124.7;Mn2+,初始浓度为2.44×10-6时则富集系数为15.44,4.28×10-6时则为6.02,15.97×10-6时则为605.4;腐殖质具有极大的富集力,富集金属元素的途径主要有细胞吸收和吸附,藻类生长改变环境成盐沉淀、种种络合物以及迁移再沉淀等过程.
In this paper, the methods and results of several simulant tests of the enrichment metal and mineralization made gy Spirulina. 1. Materials and Methods The algae used in experiments are Spiralin a platesis and S. subsalsa, the medium is Zarrouk, the algae were cultured under the continual illumination of 1500 ̄2200 Lux with fluorescent lamps, the OD value of algal growth was determined by Model 721 spectropho to meter in 560 nm. wavelength, the pH and E h values of the algae liquor was measured by a data acquisition system connected with a Model 251 glass electrode and a saturated made with a D/MAAX rotating anode x ray diffractometer. 2. Results (1) The experiments show that algal accumulation usually have four chanels. e.g. algal cellular adsorption, absorption to form salts and deposits (precipitation)by changing microenvironment. Balance the system of various ions, changing the redox potential, and forming various complexes. (2) The results of experiments accumulated Cu by algae show that Spirulina platensis could grow in the cultural liquor Cu 2+ concentration up to 2.6% (under O 2 condition) and 0.96% (O 2 condition) after growth for seven days. (3) The test of Mn enriched by Spirulina platensis shows that the suitable Mn concentration of algeal growth is 8.27×10 -6  ̄15.97×10 -6 , when Mn 2+ concened by algal organic matters could come up to 30.0% under the O 2 condition. To sum up, the order of capacity enriched by algae and its organic matters generally is Vo 2+ >Cu 2+ >Pb 2+ >Zn 2+ >Ni 2+ >Co 2+ >Cd 2+ >Ca 2+ >Mg 2+ (Rashid and King, 1969).
