目的探讨脾外伤的手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月-2007年12月收治的65例脾破裂手术治疗资料。结果65例脾破裂手术中，治愈62例，治愈率为95．38％。死亡3例，死亡率4．62％。结论对脾破裂要做到早确诊、早手术，治疗手术原则是第一保命，第二保脾。
