精神分裂症病人家属负性心态的临床研究

Clinical Research of the Negative Attitude of Family Members of Schizophrenic Patients

精神分裂症患者中复发率高、住院次数多及文化层次低、经济条件差的家庭中和复发率低、住院次数少及文化层次高、经济条件较好的家庭中，他（她）们家属所表现的负性心态有显著性差异。为减少精神分裂症的发病率，就要减少家属的负性心态，为此精神卫生工作者信息任重而道远。

Regarding negative attitude demonstrated by family members of schizophrenic patients, there are striking differences between family members of patients who have a high recurrence, repeated hospitalization, low educational level and poor economic condition and those who have a low recurrence, less hospitalization, higher educational level and good economic condition. To reduce the rate of recurrence of schizophrenia, it＇s essential to reduce the negative attitude of the patients＇ family members. In this respect, mental health workers have a long way to go.Negative attitude is a mentally unhealthy attitude which does not conform to mental heath or even does harm to mental heath, and still worse, leads to mental diseases. Negative attitudes include anxiety, depression, agitation, resentment, anger, panic, etc. The author of this paper has done a comparative research into the negative attitude of family members of schizophrenic patients. The results are as follows.
