气泡雾化喷嘴及其在农业施药中应用的展望

Effervescent atomizers and the prospect in pesticide application

本文介绍气泡雾化喷头的雾化原理、结构特点和主要特点,总结气泡雾化喷嘴试验研究的成果。研究表明,气泡雾化喷嘴可以在较低的压力和较小的气液质量比下获得很好的雾化效果,但喷嘴的结构参数和工况强烈影响其雾化性能。结合农业施药作业要求,分析得出气泡雾化喷头完全可以在农药施用技术上应用。

This paper introduces the working principle of effervescent atomizers,the structure,and the features, summarizes the results of other people＇s research work.The research indicates that effervescent atomizers may obtain the better atomization effect at low pressure and in small ALR （Air/Liquid mass Ratio） situation compared with other twin-fluid nozzles,while its performance is strongly affected by the nozzle structure and the working condition.From this analysis in combination with the request of pesticide application,it is concluded that this effervescent atomizer can be used in pesticide application.
