三峡库区水环境安全评价研究 被引量:5

摘要 水库是人类对于河川径流调节的一种手段,其在防洪发电、航运灌溉等方面起着重要的作用。但同时也对库区生态环境产生不可避免的影响,对库区的水环境安全进行合理评价,及时发现系统问题,对库区生态系统的健康维持与发展有着重要意义。本文以三峡库区为研究对象,结合国内外对水环境安全的研究进展,采用层次分析法(AHP)与主成分分析法(PCA)相结合的度量模型,最大程度的利用评价指标体系中指标的属性值计算各指标的权重系数与主成分值,客观且定量的对三峡库区的水环境安全状况进行评价,得出库区大部分地区水环境安全状况均处于亚健康与受损害状态,结合可持续发展的理念,对需要保护和修复的区域提出相应的保障措施。 Reservoir is a useful construction to regulate the natural water resources and play an important role in the progress of our society.But it also makes inevitable impress on the environment of reservoir region.So take study on water environment security has signify meaning for find and solve entironment'prombles.In this paper,on the basis of comprehensive understanding of the concept of water ecology and water environment security and aim at its multi-objective and multilevel characteristics,the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Principal Component Analysis methods are combine adopted in the measurement model,the virtue of which is make good use of the value of each index in counting its weight and its principal components.With the combination of hierarchical evaluation index system of the research area' ecosystem healthy and the model established above,the ecological healthy of the Three Gorge reservoir region can be analyzed impersonal and quantificational.Then propose some measures to effectively govern the pollution and recover or keep a healthy ecological environment in the research region.
